Meet your new customers at the Victorian Christmas Festival. An average of 24,735 energetic shoppers attend the festive marketplace annually to meet with vendors offering holiday decor, apparel, jewelry, toys, gourmet treats and more!

The Victorian Christmas Festival features vendors who offer a wide variety of high-quality gifts for the holiday season.

2026 BOOTH PRICING  

Exhibit space is available in a range of sizes and configurations starting at 10'x10'.

• Prices subject to change without notice
  
• Any direct sell companies/Pitch Products (MLM’s) are also subject to an additional $150 fee. 
• Any Home Services companies will need to purchase sponsorship, separate from booth fess to participate.
• *Handcrafter rate is limited and only applied with show approval.  Products must be permanent objects and rate does not apply to products that are perishable/consumable such as food, soaps, lotions, candles etc.

Your investment includes:

• Pre-show promotional material
• Major advertising and promotional campaign (TV, radio, print, online)
• Company name listed in our printed show guide (when booked before print deadline)
• Online Exhibitor Listing where you can add a company description, links, photos, videos and more.
• 5amps of power.  If more is needed, you can pay for additional amps through our supplier.
• All booths are set up with 8 ft black pipe and drape. 
• Please note there are certain aisles and booth locations that do not have wooden facades (ie. 2nd floor of the Merry Makers Pavilion, certain overhang booths, 100 aisle of the Showplex etc). 

Your responsibility:

• DRESS CODE (Contractual Requirement) All participants are contractually obligated to adhere to the Victorian dress code, which is integral to the theme and presentation of the Christmas show. Compliance ensures a unified aesthetic that enhances the immersive holiday experience for all attendees. Appropriate attire for women and men should be selected in accordance with Victorian style so the event is conducted in proper form.  No denim. We ask all vendors to dress in a timeless fashion to help maintain the theme of the show.
• Each exhibitor must provide their own professional display.
• Floor covering is mandatory for the footprint of your space (rented carpet, floor tiles, area rug etc.)
  
• Holiday decor is a requirement including live looking garland.
• We encourage all of our exhibitors to put their best foot forward and make their display professional and reflective of their business. Remember, you only have 3 seconds to make an impression!
